CUSTOM OFFERING BIO
The concept: create a “rock concert” atmosphere for training sales associates to sell Direct TV packages, that bundle internet and satellite TV services.
So we went on tour, sending trios of singers to call centers around the country and even as far away as the Philippines to create custom songs!
Our custom songs included:
- “All About that Bundle” -Megan Trainor
- “Welcome to Your Training” -Guns-n-Roses and this one:
- “RUNSTD” These acronyms to help sales associates remember to “recap and summarize” their sales calls. It’s in the style of Aretha Franklin’s “Respect.”
As you can see, sales people were energized. Our efforts helped increase sales 50% more than in previous seasons.
